Material Selection
Timber will be checked and measure to ensure sizes and moisture content is within requirements.
Cutting and Molding
Cut timber is then bundled on pallets and pre-molded to exact sizes ready to achieve the shapes.
Wood Drying
Lumber is kiln-dried to facilitate natural MC evaporation, reducing the moisture content of wood before its use.
Hot-pressing
Wood heating is to shorten the resin curing time and soften wood material, allowing a tightness of panel to be achieved.
Polishing
